Who Is Virtual Counselling For?

Young People 12-24 Years Old.

Virtual counselling meetings are for young people aged 12-24 years old. All virtual counselling meetings are available for free.

Crossing Bridges is a joint program of Choices For Change and CMHA Thames Valley Addiction and Mental Health Services. When scheduling your first meeting, you will be connected with an Addictions Counsellor from one of these organizations.

Crossing Bridges does not provide immediate, crisis support. If you need help now, contact a local support line. If you need medical attention, call 911 or go to the closest emergency room. You can also access withdrawal support for screening and assessment.
